About This Warranty

Serius Audio Hub is operated by JAMES ERNEST ECOM HOLDINGS LLC. This 30-day limited warranty is provided by Serius Audio Hub, not by the manufacturer. We are an independent retailer and not an authorized dealer for any brand, so we cannot promise that a manufacturer's warranty will apply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand we sell.

We sell only new products, supplied in the manufacturer's original packaging and sourced from a supplier. We ship within the United States only.

Warranty Period

All products carry a 30-day limited warranty that starts on the delivery date.

What May Be Covered

The 30-day limited warranty starts on the delivery date and covers products that do not power on or do not work as described (including display, audio-output, button, knob or touchscreen failure). Shipping damage, wrong items and missing parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos (see our Return and Refund Policy).

How long you have to report a problem: defects within 30 days of delivery; shipping damage, wrong items or missing parts within 7 days of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or wiring
Misuse
Physical, water, or electrical damage that happens after delivery
Vehicle electrical problems
Modifications or tampering
Removed serial numbers
Normal wear

This warranty does not cover these costs:

Installation labor, removal, or reinstallation
Diagnostics or programming
Vehicle repairs
Third-party service fees

Vehicle Compatibility

Fitment varies by year, make, model, trim, factory audio system, and any prior modifications. We recommend professional installation.

On their own, the following are not treated as product defects:

Vehicle configuration or wiring
Factory amplifier
Missing adapters, dash kit, or antenna adapter
A required external tuner
Unsupported installation

Where a product page describes an item as SiriusXM-Ready, that is a statement about what the product can work with. A tuner, antenna, subscription, and installation parts may be required. These are sold separately.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery (defects: within 30 days) and we will cover the return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for the 30-day return window on all items.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us before you return anything, using the details below. We will send you return instructions. Please do not ship a product back until you have them.

Please include:

Order number
Product model
Description of the problem
Photos or video
A photo of the serial number, if we ask for one
Installation details, if they are relevant

We may ask you to return the product so we can inspect it.

Possible Resolutions

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. We do not repair products.

Shipping and Handling Times

Processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 business days after shipment.
