Serius Audio Hub (seriusaudiohub.net) is an independent online retailer of car audio equipment and accessories. The store is operated by JAMES ERNEST ECOM HOLDINGS LLC. We sell online only and ship within the United States.

Everything we sell is new and comes in the manufacturer's original packaging. Our stock comes from a supplier.

Where We Are

The store is run by its owner, Ernest James Williams, from Poland, Ohio, United States. The operating company, JAMES ERNEST ECOM HOLDINGS LLC, was formed in Wyoming. We are a small, owner-operated online store. We do not have a showroom or a retail counter, and the business is not open to visitors. Orders ship within the United States only. Our mailing address and our registered office are listed at the bottom of this page and on every page of the site.

Brands we currently stock include DB Drive, Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, SiriusXM, Metra, PAC, Tram, Browning, Naxa, HyperGear, IQ Sound and ToughTested. Brand names and model numbers are used only to identify products and describe compatibility. We are not an authorized dealer for any of these brands and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Selection changes over time. Each product page shows whether the item can be ordered right now.

SiriusXM-Ready Products

Some products are described as SiriusXM-Ready. That is a statement about what the unit is compatible with. It does not mean satellite radio is included. A tuner, antenna, subscription, and installation parts may be required, and those are sold separately.

Fitment and Installation

Fit varies by year, make, model, trim, factory audio system, and any earlier modifications. Check fitment before you order. We recommend professional installation. If you are not sure a product will work in your vehicle, contact us first.

Product warranties on this site are provided by Serius Audio Hub (30-day limited warranty), not by the manufacturer.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only.

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days after the order ships

Returns

All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before you send anything back. We will give you return instructions.

You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

Warranty

Every product we sell comes with our own 30-day store limited warranty, starting on the delivery date. This warranty is provided by Serius Audio Hub, not by the manufacturer. We are not an authorized dealer for any brand, so we cannot promise that a manufacturer's warranty will apply. Contact us before returning a warranty item so we can issue instructions.
